HARV Contractors (heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation) can install air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, unlimited in horsepower or tons, including all duct systems, sheet metal, incinerators, boilers and unfired pressure vessel systems, solar heating and cooling systems and all appurtenances, apparatus or equipment used in connection therewith, also piping, duct work, insulation of pipes, vessels and ducts. A HARV contractor shall subcontract to a qualified contractor all other work incidental to the work, which is herein specified as being the work of a trade other than that of a HARV contractor.
