It will depend on the state and county you are located in, and if your license is still active you will not need to retake the Business and Law exam, only the trade exam. As well, you will need paver experience for the Paver Interlocking Contractor License.

It would depend on the state you are in. For example, suppose you are in Florida. In that case, you will contact Pearson Vue to schedule your test, once you pass the exam, you will apply with DBPR in Florida, and they may ask you for proof of experience. For the Florida Fire Protection I Contractor License, you need four years of verifiable experience in the full-time employment of a Fire Protection System Contractor I.

Reply
# Sharilyn Baez 2023-03-01 13:44
Hello Al
You must coordinate with the management of the company you are qualifying to ensure that workers' comp policies are being carried for all non-exempt workers. When you apply to become the qualifying agent for the company, the state might require proof of said coverage.
When you apply for your license, your personal credit report typically includes a statement that indicates that all records have been searched at the federal, state, and local level, and this will include judgments and liens.
