- Affidavit of at least 18 months of experience with accessibility lifts (in construction, maintenance, service/repair, or any combination), verified by current and previous employers authorized to conduct business in the State; have at least one year of documented vocational training and/or an associate degree in a related field; and pass a written competency exam approved or provided by the West Virginia Division of Labor
