- Affidavit of at least a year's worth of work experience in the installation, upkeep, maintenance, and repair of LULA elevators and similar machinery (performed under the guidance of a certified Accessibility Technician); OR
- Affidavit of at least 18 months of experience as an Accessibility Technician (in construction, maintenance, service/repair, or any combination), verified by current and previous employers authorized to conduct business in the State; provided that applicant must complete an additional year of work as an Accessibility Technician who has received manufacturer training, before being granted a LULA Endorsement
