Oregon Boiler Class 6 Welder (CL6) Contractor License

The Boiler Class 6 Welder (CL6) Contractor License allows you to do the following work:

• Weld on boilers, pressure vessels or pressure piping (authorized welding employer)

Work should only be performed under the supervision of an individual holding a Class 4, 5, 5A, or 5B depending on the job being carried out.

How to Get the Boiler Class 6 Welder (CL6) Contractor’s License in Oregon?

2. Complete a work history document and fill out the experience verification form:

3. Sign an applicant’s affidavit
4. Mail or fax a sealed packet of all the previous documents to:
