How to Get the Swimming Pool Builder (SPB) Contractor’s License in Connecticut?

- Written statement explaining that the applicant will either maintain their own HIC registration or work for an employer who holds a valid HIC registration
- Evidence of at least five years of experience under the guidance of a licensed Swimming Pool Builder (SPB) or proof of equivalent experience and training
- Work history or resume including specific detailed description of work experience concerning the scope of work covered by the Swimming Pool Builder (SPB) license, if the applicant performed the work as a contractor or business owner
