The scope of work of a Class "IBP" specialty building contractor shall include and be limited to preparing the base, providing for proper drainage, and to select, cut and lay interlocking brick. A Class "IBP" specialty building contractor shall not pour or finish concrete, except that which is required for the placing of the interlocking brick system. A Class "IBP" specialty building contractor shall not do work in the right-of-way unless an approval to do work in the right-of-way is granted by the Central Examining Board of Engineered Construction.
