How to apply for the Manufactured Housing Inspector License in New Mexico?

1. Fill out the application form for the Manufactured Housing Inspector license:
   • Inspector Application
2. Schedule the exam through PSI© using the Examination Registration Form. No pre-approval is required for scheduling.
3. Take and pass the following examination:
   • New Mexico Manufactured Housing Inspector Trade Exam
4. Upon receiving the passing test scores, submit the application to the CID-Manufactured Housing Division for final processing, and the CID-MHD will issue the license.
