Electrical Contractor (GITS©) | Nassau County (FL)

Electrical contractors: Are those who can qualify as a master electrician with at least five (5) years experience, two (2) of which shall be as a journeyman electrician in a supervisory capacity with educational equivalency not to exceed two (2) years of the total, and who can assume responsible charge and direction of other persons in the installation, maintenance, extension and alteration of a system for electrical wiring for lights, heat or power, lightning protection systems and all appurtenances thereto and all apparatus or equipment used in connection therewith including that of room air conditioning units only, and all electrical specialties. An electrical contractor shall subcontract to a qualified contractor all other work of a trade other than that of an electrical contractor.
