A Miami Dade County Underground Electrical and Communications Conduits Engineering Contractor is an engineering contractor who has a qualifying agent with the experience and skill gained by not less than three (3) years in this field, or education equivalent thereto, or combination thereof, and qualified and certified to trench, backfill and restore paving and concrete block and cement work incidental to or a part of the work in the construction of manholes and splice pits, laying of rigid conduit for electrical communication lines. The scope of work of this classification shall be limited to that work directly involved in performing contract work for the construction of underground electrical and communication facilities.
