A Miami Dade County Soil Compaction and Tamping Engineering Contractor is an engineering contractor who has a qualifying agent with the experience and skill gained by not less than six (6) months as a general superintendent for a building or engineering contractor, or education equivalent thereto, or a combination thereof, and qualified and certified to compact fill in or surrounding buildings, bridges and trenches.
