Mechanical Maintenance FL County License (Prov©)

The work of a mechanical maintenance man is limited to repairing, maintaining, servicing of existing systems involving air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, ventilation and pressure and process piping contained and used upon the premises or building owned, occupied or otherwise controlled by the person, firm or corporation by whom the mechanical maintenance man is regularly employed. A certified mechanical master shall automatically qualify as a mechanical maintenance man.
