Burglar alarm contractor: A contractor qualified to install, maintain, repair, alter or extend burglar alarm systems in single-family homes, duplexes, mobile homes. Any electrical installation above 77 volts may be included in the contract for work, but shall be subcontracted to a certified electrical contractor. A burglar alarm contractor may also perform the scope of the communication and sound system contractor.
