1. Visit the CT Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) website to read the eligibility criteria, prerequisites, and documentation requirements for obtaining an Antenna Installation and Repair Technician (V-6) License.    • Receipt for payment of the non-refundable application fee by check and/or money order to the "Treasurer, State of Connecticut"
   • For military service experience and training related to this application, contact the CT Department of Labor at (860) 263-6128 to request a recommendation
   • Include all documentation that demonstrates experience and training for this license type when applying for equivalent experience and training. It can be one of the following:
     • Certificates from completed courses
     • Educational transcripts or diplomas
     • Notarized letters from employers demonstrating on-the-job training
     • Copies of any licenses you may hold in another state
4. Schedule the Antenna Installation and Repair Technician (V-6) administered by PSI© in the desired location and time and pay the examination fee after receiving the DCP examination approval (the exam must be taken within one year from the date of approval):
   • Take and pass the Antenna Installation and Repair Technician (V-6) and the Business and Law exams
   • If the exam is passed, submit the license fee along with the exam passing score results to obtain the official license
5. Await the official Antenna Installation and Repair Technician (V-6) License issued by the Department of Consumer Protection
