    • Include all documentation that demonstrates experience and training for this license type when applying for equivalent experience and training. It can be one of the following:
      • Certificates from completed courses
      • Educational transcripts or diplomas
      • Notarized letters from employers demonstrating on-the-job training
      • Copies of any licenses you may hold in another state
  4. Schedule the Antenna Installation and Repair Technician (V-6) administered by PSI© in the desired location and time and pay the examination fee after receiving the DCP examination approval (the exam must be taken within one year from the date of approval):
