Specialty Contractor Registration

Please fill out and return the application along with copy of the following items and submit it to the City of Dania Beach:

• State License
• Certificate of Competency
• Qualifiers Driver’s License
• City Business Tax License
• County Business Tax License

Certificate of Insurance must show the City of Dania Beach as the Certificate Holder.
