A Residential Wiring Administrator may supervise all work on a residential dwelling unit not exceeding three stories in height and no larger than a four-plex except three phase services and wiring. Residential wiring is limited to the residential and includes inside wiring work as defined in 12 AAC 32.165(b); inside communications work as defined in 12 AAC 32.195(b); and control and control wiring work as defined in 12 AAC 32.275(b).
