A Controls And Control Wiring Administrator may supervise controls and control wiring, including the installation of low voltage controls and control wiring of 48 volts or less for heating, plumbing, process piping, cooling, ventilating, humidifying, and refrigerating equipment. Nothing in this section limits the authority or responsibility of a mechanical administrator to ensure that the controls being installed or modified properly function as an integral part of the mechanical system. Controls and control wiring does not include the installation of power wiring
