Hello I was offered the opportunity to do a build out on a commercial property and I am not a contractor. I will be building an AxeThrowing venue in Trinity fl. Plumbing and electrical are stubbed out. Tthe owner of the building will be building will be building a fire wall.
I need a permit for ac ducts, plumbing & electrical. Plumbing is very basic install 3 toilets and 4 sinks all with in 5’ of stubs
Electric is only hanging lights and 2 fans and 4 outlets. At is only the ductwork building owner will install unit and connect to our stuff.
As far as the build out, nothing is load bearing.
I will be building the axe throwing lanes 6 in total they are a modular unit and only need to be attached to the floor and wall.
It’s a simple job; I will be doing all work myself
Except for the electric. All be a 90 day project.
