Putnam county contractors are wondering how they will be impacted by the passage of House Bill 735 in Florida. Putnam County Contractor Licensing seems to be operating and enforcing their local licenses as usual; they would not be forced to comply with the new law until July of 2023. The county issued the following statement:

We currently have approximately 20 local license that will be affected. We have not determined how we will handle this in 2023. At this time, we are continuing with regular procedures of renewing for 2 years and 14 hours of continuing education.
