Post-Tensioning Manual

The first edition of the Post-Tensioning Manual was published in 1972. The manual provided the industry standard for the design and construction of post-tensioned structures. Subsequent editions reflected the growing use of post-tensioning. There have been significant advancements in post-tensioning technology in the last two decades. Post-tensioning is now used in many new areas, ranging from residential slabs-on-ground to large stay cable bridges. This edition has been extensively rewritten and expanded from the fifth edition, which was published in 1990.
