Oregon Reciprocating Conveyor Mechanic (RCM) Contractor License

The Reciprocating Conveyor Mechanic (RCM) Contractor License allows you to do the following work:

• Perform any of the following activities on the mechanical portions of reciprocating conveyors:
  • Install
  • Alter
  • Repair
  • Maintain

How to Get the Reciprocating Conveyor Mechanic (RCM) Contractor’s License in Oregon?

1. Fill out the application form:
   • Elevator Licenses Application Form
2. Complete a work history document and fill out the experience verification form:
   • Elevator Experience Verification Form
3. Sign an applicant’s affidavit
4. Mail or fax a sealed packet of all the previous documents to:

5. Expect the license issued by the Building Codes Division via mail
