The Mobile Homes Installer and Repairer License allows you to do the following work:

• Install, disassemble, and service mobile homes
• Anchoring and skirting

How to Get a Mobile Homes Installer and Repairer Contractor's License?

1. Meet the requirements for the Mobile Homes Installer and Repairer contractor's license:
   • Be at least 18 years old.
   • Pay the fee.
2. Fill in and submit the application:
   • Complete the form for the chosen application:
     • Installer and Repairer Application
   • If applying by mail, submit the application and fee to P.O. Box 30255, Lansing, MI, 48909.
   • If applying online:
     1. Go to the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs website.
     2. Login or Register for an account (make sure to read and accept the terms and to fill in the contact's information).
     3. Go to “BCC licenses” and then click on “Apply for a License”.
     4. Read and accept the terms.
     5. Select Mobile Homes Installer and Repairer license and trade.
     6. Complete each step (this includes fee payment online).
3. Upon approval, the license will be issued.
