How to Get the Manufactured Professional Retail Contractor’s License in Georgia?

1. Access the OCI Citizenserve site and register for an account
2. Fill out the online application
3. Provide the address of the location where the business is based (each site must be listed as a separate entity)
4. Choose the business classification (Corporation, Partnership, Sole Proprietorship)
5. Attach the required documents:
   • Notarized citizenship affidavit
   • Notarized consent form (for background check)
   • Two valid forms of ID
6. Await 5 to 7 business days to receive a Office of the Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner response for the license approval
