Georgia Lead Services Supervisor License

The Lead Services Supervisor License allows you to do the following work:

  • Abatements in target housing and child-occupied facilities supervision and conduction
  • Occupant protection plans
  • Abatement reports

How to Get the Lead Services Supervisor’s License in Georgia?

  1. Comply with the experience requirement which is one year as a lead worker; OR at least 2 years of experience in a related field or in the building trades
  2. Attend the Supervisor Training given by an Accredited Provider
  3. Register for and pass the LEHASupervisor Examination with Pearson Vue©
  4. Send an application through the Georgia Environmental Protection Division Online System (GEOS) and pay the corresponding fees
  5. Attach the following documents to the application:
    • A color headshot photo
    • Training certificate(s)
    • Work history/education documentation
    • Exam approval certification
  6. Wait for the Lead-Based Paint Program to issue the license depending on the payment type chosen and workload. ACH payments are processed more quickly. Note that this may take up to 2 weeks
