Hi Anthony! Happy to hear that you are interested in the contracting business. The good news is that in the state of Florida to apply for a General Contractor’s license the minimum age is 18. In order to qualify for the General Contractor’s license, you must have 4 years of experience. Hello Nick,
To apply for the General Contractor License you must have at least one year of experience in the construction of structures at least four stories in height. I will attach a link below with more information.
