Florida Reuse of Reclaimed Water and Land Application Chapter 62-610

Florida Chapter 62-610: These rules shall be construed to assure that all waters of the state shall be free from components of wastewater discharges which, alone or in combination with other substances, are acutely toxic; are present in concentrations which are carcinogenic, mutagenic, or teratogenic to humans, animals, or aquatic species; or otherwise pose a serious threat to the public health, safety, and welfare.
