Manufactured Homes Licenses
The Board of Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety is in charge of the licensing process for Manufactured Homes. There are three licenses that the applicant can apply for, the Manufactured Home Dealer, Manufactured Home Distributor, and Manufactured Home Manufacturer License. No examinations are required to obtain these licenses. This division does not include Modular Homes.
How to Obtain a Manufactured Home Dealer and/or Distributor License in West Virginia?
