Utility line contractors are unlimited as to the type of work they can perform in the filed of utility lines. Utility Line means any pipeline such as a water transmission or distribution line, fire hydrant or fire line, sanitary sewer or storm sewer collection system, empty conduit no smaller than two inches in diameter, force main, lateral or lift station in a dedicated right-of-way or public easement, or the last engineered invert elevation on private property, including piping being installed for drainage purposes, whether on public or private property. Utility lines, continuation of means providing such utility line from the main system to a point of termination.
