A Utility Electrical Contractor is allowed to install, repair, alter, add to or change any electrical wires, apparatus, raceways, conduit, or any part of on underground or overhead electric utilities transmission, distribution lines, or distribution system within power plants and sub-stations. The scope of work shall be limited to the construction of electric utility distribution systems and shall include any excavation and paving work.
