Utah Apprentice Plumber License

The Utah Apprentice Plumber License allows you to do the following work:

• Learn the plumbing trade under the immediate supervision of a:
  • Master plumber
  • Residential master plumber
  • Journeyman plumber
  • Residential journeyman plumber

How to Get the Apprentice Plumber License in Utah?

1. The candidate’s employer must fill out the verification of supervision form
2. Apply online on My License E-Government or fill out the application form

3. Expect an answer from the department on your license
