Concrete Placing and Finishing Contractor means a contractor whose services are generally limited to pouring, placing and finishing concrete flatwork (floors, slabs on grade, sidewalks, etc.) including placement of edge forms, mesh reinforcement and plastic vapor barriers incidental thereto.
