Storm Shutter Contractor means any person or firm qualified and certified by the board to perform any work to install county-approved storm shutters in both residential and commercial facilities, including both manually and mechanically operated shutters. No electrical work may be performed under this scope. Only nonstructural adjustments to existing openings may be performed as a part of the work.
