The scope of work of an Underground Transmission Lines Contractor shall include and be limited to the construction, installation, repair, maintenance, alteration, extension and excavation for water and waste water piping systems, storm and drainage systems, and the installation of force mains, pumping and pipeline equipment, junction boxes, manholes, inlets, valves and similar equipment incidental thereto, in compliance with the building code and other applicable codes and regulations. The work of an Underground Transmission Lines Contractor shall stop at a point five (5) feet from a building or structure not specifically constructed or intended to be used for the purpose of pumping or processing water, waste water or drainage.
