A Pool/Spa Maintenance and Repair contractor is qualified and certified to do any or all of the following, including, but not limited to, maintaining and treating the water in existing swimming pools, both public and private, making minor repairs to existing pool masonry such as patching cracks in pool bottoms and walls, repainting or resurfacing the walls and bottoms of pools, performing preventive maintenance and replacing existing equipment and appurtenances thereof of swimming pools, such as pumps, valves, filters and chlorinators.
