General Contractor License For St. Lucie County (GITS©)

General Unlimited Contractor means a contractor whose services are unlimited as to the type of work which he or she may do, except as otherwise expressly provided in s. 489.113. As regulated under Florida Statute, a person who has passed a competency examination as a General Unlimited Contractor may perform these or related tasks or may supervise persons in his employee in the execution of these tasks.
