A Master Electric Utility is qualified and certified to install, repair, alter, add to or change any electrical wires, apparatus, raceways, conduit, or any part thereof, on underground or overhead electric utilities transmission and distribution lines or distribution systems including such distribution work within power plants and sub-stations. The scope of work in this classification shall be limited to the work directly involved in performing contract work for the construction of electric utility distribution systems and shall include any excavation and paving work incidental thereto.

The book set includes all source references for the Master Electric Utility & Business and Law exams. You can use these books to study for the exams but you are not allowed to bring these books in with you to the testing center. These tests will be closed-book.
