Oregon Landscape Contractor License Short Examination

An applicant that is taking the Practical Skill Test has the option of taking a Short Form of the trade exam. This does not mean the traditional long-form examination is being replaced. If you do not take the Practice Skills Test, the Short Form will not be taken into consideration.

The following Landscape trades have the option of a Short Examination with their Practical Skill Test:

  • Short Form: Plants & Turf
  • Time limit: 50 minutes
  • Passing Score: 75%
  • Short Form: Design, Grading & Drainage
  • Time Limit: 50 minutes
  • Passing Score: 75%
  • Short Form: Irrigation
  • Time Limit: 100 minutes
  • Passing score: 75%

Hello Osbaldo, we have the courses and books to prepare you to obtain the Oregon All Phase Landscape Contractor License. This license has different examination portions: Plants & Turf, Hardscaping, Design, Grading and Drainage, Irrigation, and Backflow. These portions need to be passed to meet one of the requirements to obtain the Oregon All-Phase Landscape Contractor License. You can view more information on the following link.
