A refrigeration and air conditioning contractor can install, repair, alter, add to or change any system of refrigeration, air conditioning, heating and ventilating. It is unlimited in horsepower or tons, including any or all duct systems necessary to make a complete refrigeration or air conditioning system and the installation of a condensate drain from an air conditioning unit to an existing safe waste or other approved disposal other than a direct connection to a sanitary disposal system; provided, however, ammonia refrigeration, boilers or unfired vessels shall not be a part of the scope of such work.
