The Recommended Practices for the Testing and Verification of Spill, Overfill, Leak Detection and Secondary Containment Equipment at UST Facilities PEI RP1200-17 is a synthesis of industry procedures and manufacturers' recommendations relating to spill, overfill, leak detection and secondary containment equipment. These recommendations come from the consensus of the PEI Overfill, and the Release Detection and Release Prevention Equipment Testing Committee.
