Have a 4000 sq ft I story very close to permit and will come out of the ground right after it is issued. Maitland Florida. Looking for an HVAC licensed sub to do that part of the job. I can also help qualify or possibly work with permits. You will need to have a construction background.

I have read that if a company (that does not have a license), puts a qualifer (someone with a license) on their payroll, they can then use that persons license. Is the true? It is a pretty drawn out 3 Month Minimum process and you will need a lawyer. I am a Florida CGC and can help both qualify and pull permits under the right circumstances and have some attorney prepped docs. But I would be set up differently-NOT AS AN EMPLOYEE. AS a contractor it needs to be written properly. No backyard shade tree short guts lOL. You would have to have insurance and be financially stable -The usual stips. I would be glad to help if I can. But you will need a lawyer to put this together prior to me putting any time in it. If I speak to your attorney directly they will know what needs to be put together.: in a half hour.
