“Residential contractor” means a contractor whose services are limited to construction, remodeling, repair, or improvement of one-family, two-family, or three-family residences not exceeding two (2) habitable stories above no more than one uninhabitable story and accessory use structure in connection therewith. As regulated under Florida Statute, a person who has passed a competency examination as a Residential Contractor may perform these or related tasks or may supervise persons in his employ in the execution of these tasks.

The book set includes all source references for the Residential & Business and Law exam. You can use these books to study for the exams but you are not allowed to bring these books in with you to the testing center. These tests will be closed-book. Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day via UPS and a tracking number is emailed before 3 PM.
