Prefab Building Installation Contractor – shall mean those who are qualified to: Such work including layout, excavation, placement, blocking and tie down of pre-manufactured buildings and components such as stairs and ramps included with the structure. Not included in their scope is: electrical installations, connections of prewired structures, fabrication of site built stairs, ramps or railing and plumbing installations or connections.
