Marine Construction Contractor shall mean those who are qualified to construct seawalls, bulkheads, docks, piers, wharfs and other marine structures inclusive of pile driving / jetting, framing, concrete finishing, columns, beams, heavy timber posts & beams, site work, decking and lifts or davits associated therewith.
