Insulation Contractorshall mean those who are qualified to: install fire wool, loose-fill cellulose, bat, blown-in, foam plastic, and other thermal insulation products inclusive of facings, vapor retarders, ventilation baffles, breather paper, single and multi layer reflective foil insulations installations, which possess a flame spread rating of not more than 75 and a smoke developed rating of not more than 450 for concealed products (excluding facings, coverings, layers of reflective foils,) and have a flame spread rating of not more than 25 and a developed of not more than 450 for exposed insulations (inclusive of facings, coverings, layers of reflective foils,).
