Drywall Contractor shall mean those who are qualified to install gypsum drywall products to wood and metal studs, wood and steel framing and metal runners in buildings of unlimited area and height. The scope of the work shall include the preparation of the surface over which the drywall product is to be applied, including the placing of metal studs and runners, 16 gauge maximum, blocking and necessary trim.
