Lauderdale Lakes Permits
- Permit Application must be completed and notarized and all supporting documents must accompany the application in order for the application to be processed.
Ensure that all the required documents are completed, signed and accompany the permit application to allow for speedy processing.
- Owner-Builder Checklist: lists all licensed sub-contractors to be used on the project.
Proof of payment of Broward County Impact fees, if required.
Two accurate plot plans and surveys, signed and sealed.
- Contractor Checklist: proof of payment of Broward County Impact fees.
Two accurate plot plans and survey, signed and sealed.
Approval by Broward County Health Department for Hospitals, ACLF's.
