Contractor Registration Requiements

In order to apply for a Building Permit. You must fill out a Contractor Registration and submit the following documentation via mail, mail, or in person.

• Current State Certified or Registered Contractor's License
• Current Business Tax Receipt
• Current Certificate of Liability Insurance
• Current Certificate of Worker's Compensation Insurance, or Worker's Compensation
