“Painting Contractor” means a contractor whose services consist of the use of spraying equipment as well as hand tools to finish both exterior and interior work. A painting contractor may do paperhanging, sandblasting and waterproofing and may clean and paint roofs, sidewalks and driveways. Products that are constructed as a replacement of stop leaks for roofs shall be installed by a roofing contractor and may not be applied by a painting contractor.
