“Garage Door Installer” means a contractor whose services consist of the installation of new or replacement garage doors. The scope of work shall include the removal and disassembling of the existing garage door, track and spring assembly system and the installation of a new garage door, track, spring system and associated hardware. The garage door may be either a sectional overhead door, a roll-up door or a sliding panel door type. The scope of work includes the replacement of an unusable or unfit wood jamb, including rotten wood jambs, termite-damaged jambs, split wood jambs.
