Aluminum structural contractor” means a contractor whose services consist of the installation, fabrication, maintenance (except for cleaning), repair or design with aluminum, vinyl and fiberglass screen material. The aluminum contractor may work on foundation, slabs on grade and block knee walls, wood decks (self-standing) and utility sheds (wood studs only) less than 501 square feet, necessary to and incidental to the aluminum construction work. The aluminum contractor shall not perform any work that alters the structural integrity of the building and shall not use wood products for rafters, trusses and wood beams.
